You can track your shipment using the Airway Bill (AWB) provided. If your order has not arrived after 7 business days, please contact our Customer Service team.
We guarantee the safe delivery of your order. A shipment is considered complete only upon your signature. If an item is lost in transit:

Your consumer rights are fully protected under UAE law.
If you receive an incorrect item, our team will promptly arrange the correct product or issue a return based on your preference. Items can be returned within 7 days, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
If you wish to keep a faulty item, we can arrange a replacement or partial compensation. Please reach out to our Customer Service team.
You may return an item within 7 days of receipt as long as:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed as store credit. Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled and refunded in full.
Returns beyond the 7-day window are only accepted if a complaint was filed within the return period. Contact Customer Service for further assistance.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Store credit will be issued for "change of mind" returns. Full refunds (including shipping) are issued for damaged or misrepresented products.
Replacements are not offered by default. Instead, items can be returned and re-ordered. Please refer to our Return Policy or contact Customer Service for help.
In some cases, we may request a copy of your credit card (front side only) and a valid ID for verification. This is to ensure a secure shopping environment and prevent fraudulent transactions.
If you're uncomfortable providing this, you may opt for Cash on Delivery (COD).

Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale cannot be returned.
